Caroline Renton comes to Copperfield as our new Head of Compliance, Safeguarding, and Operations. Caroline brings with her thirty years of experience in top independent boarding and day schools, half of them in a senior management position. Her first appointment, after her Master's degree from UCL and postgraduate research at ETH in Zurich, was at Moreton Hall, Oswestry, where her sister was a student. She went on to be housemistress at Wycombe Abbey and Deputy Head at King's High Warwick before she moved to Switzerland in 2021 with a position at the Institut auf dem Rosenberg.

Caroline has moved to Verbier with her husband and is an enthusiast for opera, equestrian sports, fine dining, and beekeeping, which was just one of the many enrichment activities that she set up at Warwick. Nothing is more important to her than caring for and developing the live of young people, and I know that she is excited to join our community and to get to know colleagues, parents, and students.
