Leo's story

Leo oversees student wellbeing at Copperfield, striving each day to ensure that school is an open, understanding and safe environment for all students. Leo teaches History and Visual Arts to our secondary students, as well as supporting the admissions team and overseeing the school's relationship with its local and international community.

Leo grew up in London before moving to Verbier in December 2020. He lives in the forest above Verbier and can be found running in Spartan Races, watching and talking about Anthony Bourdain, and playing the guitar.

Prior to Copperfield, Leo studied for a BA in History at the University of Oxford, and taught at excellent schools in London and Cape Town before working on election campaigns in the United States, and researching for political documentaries in the UK.
