Phil Hart
Head of Secondary and Sixth Form
Phil is a fully qualified (QTS), highly motivated and dynamic teacher, with senior leadership experience across Primary and Secondary school. With almost 20 years of teaching and educational leadership in Asia, Australia, Europe, and South America, Phil brings a rich repertoire of educational theory and practice to the Copperfield community. Phil has an unwavering belief that through the creation of engaging, meaningful, relevant and inspiring educational experiences, students will become excited and motivated to learn - which we all know is a key factor in helping students achieve their potential.
Phil joins Copperfield International School with his wife and three children. When he is not in the classroom you will most likely find Phil on the tennis court or trekking in the mountains with his family and two dogs.
Before moving to Copperfield, Phil achieved a BA in English Literature, BA in Education, MSc in Economics, and a MSc in Educational Leadership and Management, with Distinction. He joins Copperfield after a successful tenure as Headteacher at a private bilingual school in Peru.
Phil speaks English and Polish.
