Sarah Darbellay
French Teacher
Sarah teaches French at Copperfield to all of our students, enjoying the small class sizes and multilingual environment.
Sarah grew up in Verbier in a family of mountain guides, has taught skiing to hundreds of residents and tourists, and has even raced in Verbier's most prestigious competitions. She has three children and five wonderful huskies, who keep her busy and happy.
Prior to Copperfield, Sarah studied at the University of Lausanne, and worked as a sports and French teacher at the Maya-Joie School in La Foly. She then worked for several years as a teacher of French in Verbier, before joining our team in February 2021.
Sarah speaks French and English.
