En mars 2020, le Dr Hugh McCormick a fondé un collège à Londres dédié à aider les étudiants touchés par la pandémie.
Copperfield London a soutenu de nombreux jeunes alors qu'ils luttaient contre les conditions éducatives les plus imprévisibles.
Vers les Alpes
Après des mois de travail acharné à Copperfield à St James, Hugh s'est vu offrir l'opportunité par le chef d'entreprise britannique, John Porter, d'ouvrir une école à Verbier dans les Alpes suisses.
Une visite en novembre 2020 a été assez convaincante : le défi était maintenant de recruter des étudiants, du personnel et de trouver un campus.
Our 2-year Anniversary!
In the depths of the pandemic, we took a courageous leap to open a values-driven ski-in ski-out international school in Verbier.
Two years later we have more than tripled in size and have received licenses to instruct and examine the International Baccalaureate Diploma and Cambridge iGCSEs. And our philosophy hasn’t changed: of constant improvement; of kindness and firmness.
On this our second anniversary we are so very thankful and humbled by our amazing students and colleagues, and their families.
