Katie is a teacher of Biology and Chemistry and has been teaching for over 8 years in UK and international schools in Switzerland. Katie was born and grew up in Devon, England and graduated from Edinburgh University with a degree in Chemistry, Katie undertook her PGCE in Secondary Sciences at Homerton College,  University of Cambridge. After teaching in Cambridgeshire for seven years she moved to Switzerland to teach in international schools in Switzerland.

Katie has a passion for dancing and has enjoyed taking classes in ballet, contemporary and jazz throughout her life. She has enjoyed living in Switzerland and taking advantage of the skiing opportunities that it offers.
